    These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of https://ibrave.co (the "Site"). They do not govern any project engagement we deliver for you. Each engagement is governed by a separate signed agreement, typically a Master Services Agreement (MSA) or Statement of Work (SOW), and that agreement prevails over these Terms wherever the two could conflict. By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

    1. Who we are

    "Ibrave Technologies" ("we", "us", "our") is a software engineering and technology consultancy based at Zewdu Gessesse Building, Qelebet Menged, Bole Sub-City W-03 K-03 H-2414, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, serving clients across Africa, the Middle East, and beyond.

    2. Use of the Site

    • You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes.
    • You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or gain unauthorised access to any part of the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
    • You will not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.

    3. Intellectual property

    All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, code samples, and case studies, is owned by or licensed to Ibrave Technologies and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use requires our prior written permission.

    4. Project engagements

    Information on the Site about our services is for general guidance only and does not create a contract. A binding engagement is formed only by a separate, signed agreement (typically a Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement). The terms of that agreement, not these Terms, govern the work we deliver for you.

    5. Forms and submissions

    When you submit a form on the Site, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We process submissions as described in our Privacy Policy.

    6. Third-party links

    The Site may link to third-party websites we do not control. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites.

    7. Disclaimers

    The Site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

    8. Limitation of liability

    This section applies to your use of the Site only. It does not apply to any project engagement, where liability is governed by the separate signed MSA or SOW.

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, and in connection with your use of the Site, Ibrave Technologies and its officers, employees, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability arising out of these Terms will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

    Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law that applies to you, including mandatory consumer-protection rights in your jurisdiction (for example, those granted to consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom).

    9. Indemnity

    You agree to indemnify and hold Ibrave Technologies harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

    10. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion.

    11. Governing law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes about your use of the Site will be resolved in the competent courts of Addis Ababa.

    For project engagements, the governing law and the dispute-resolution venue are set by the separate signed MSA or SOW, which prevails over this section.

    If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction whose law grants you mandatory rights that cannot be waived by agreement, those rights are not affected by this section.

    12. Changes

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
