    An AI platform for enterprise teams

    A Berlin-based AI engagement where we delivered a production-ready AI platform end to end. We built the retrieval-augmented generation pipeline on pgvector, the document-ingestion and semantic-search backbone in NestJS, the Vue 3 frontends and embeddable widgets, and the multi-tenant plumbing (2FA/WebAuthn authentication, Stripe and PayPal payments, and secure API access) that makes the platform reliable in production.

    European Centre for Electoral Support

    An electoral accreditation system built for Ethiopia's National Electoral Board

    An accreditation system we delivered under contract with the European Centre for Electoral Support (ECES), the Brussels-based organisation that supports electoral authorities worldwide. The platform was built for Ethiopia's National Electoral Board (NEBE) and deployed at the last national election to manage applications from media outlets, civil-society organisations, and election observers. We built the public-facing applicant portal where journalists and CSOs submit credentials and supporting documents, alongside the internal management portal staff use to verify, approve, and issue digital accreditation passes, with audit trails on every decision and architecture sized for election-day traffic.

    A multi-vertical delivery marketplace with an open partner API

    A full-stack delivery platform spanning food, grocery, and an open marketplace where third-party sellers can list, manage, and fulfil orders. We built the customer apps for iOS and Android, a courier app with live vehicle tracking, the admin portal, and a partner API so external sellers can plug in their catalogue and accept orders programmatically: end to end, with payments, dispatch, and real-time fleet management.

    Events, magazine, live streaming, and podcasts in one product

    A multi-format lifestyle and media platform for Addis Ababa covering event listings, a digital magazine, live streaming, and podcast publishing, all under one brand. We delivered the iOS and Android apps and the web client for end users, plus a complete admin portal the Linkup team uses to publish stories, manage event listings, run live streams, and ship podcast episodes from a single place.
